The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal preparation. The dining room table can be expanded to seat all occupants. You will spend many relaxing hours on the screened-in patio enjoying the cool evening breeze off Lake Coeur d' Alene.
This house enjoys a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains through a beautiful arched window in the library, kitchen, and patio. The back side of the house has a southern exposure which provides an abundance of light and warmth during the winter.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all in lush wall-to-wall carpet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet . There is a large central bath on this level. Conveniently located upstairs are the washer and dryer.
On the lower level are two bedrooms and a full bath. The den is also located on this level and is perfect for the family to watch satellite TV, DVDs, or play Xbox 360 video games on our new 40” 1080p Samsung TV .
Step outside from the den to a two-car carport and separate entrance for storage of your vacation or boating supplies. There is also extra parking for guests, RV, and a boat.
